SHIPPING

We ship Australia-wide.

All orders within Australia will be express posted at a flate fee of $15.

*All prices are Australian Dollars and inclusive with GST.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

You will receive your tracking details once your precious package has been sent. If you don’t receive a confirmation email informing you about dispatch information, please check your junk or spam folder.

As all pieces are hand-crafted please allow two weeks from date of order before dispatch.

Most orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days, however in unforeseen postal service interruptions and during peak service periods delays may be experienced.

EXCHANGES

We know you'll love your Stone and Metal treasures, but in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them if still in original condition, unworn and still in original packaging. 

Please be advised that you will be responsible for your return shipping costs. 

If you are unable to choose a replacement at the time of exchange, you will be issued with a credit note valid for 6 months that is redeemable online and in-store.

RETURNS

Should you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a refund or exchange.
The piece must be returned within 14 days of purchase in original packaging and unworn.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs to return damaged or faulty items, however once the piece has been received, inspected and approved for a refund, you will be refunded your full order amount as well as return shipping costs.

If you opt for an exchange we offer free shipping on that piece.
If you are a Sunshine Coast local you can also bring your piece directly into the gallery located at Shop 1/16 Sunshine Beach Road, Noosa Heads.

Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during shipment will not be accepted. Items must be sent via a trackable postage method.

Stone and Metal cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return transit.

CUSTOM PIECES

Please note that due to the nature of bespoke design services, customised pieces cannot be exchanged.
